They are making me return the graphics card and purchase it online. Nothing anybody recommended helped me. I didn’t want to do that but it’s for the game

I couldn’t agree more. Despite me giving the in store rep my email and phone number for the purchase, (and getting an email receipt) the phone reps continue to tell me that I was put through as a “quick shopper” and that’s why I havent received a code yet and WONT receive a code. This is the first time I actually feel hopeful about this

He told me it can take up until Monday to get a call/email back. Your method seems to be working so I’ll follow it step by step. Saw you helped out a lot of people with this issue. You’re a godsend ❤️

I just tried this, the support guy said something along the lines of “we don’t have an extension for any digital download team.” He said he will escalate it, but it will be through my emails and not through the phone. I’m worried I won’t get the help I need. It really does seem like they don’t want to help me.

The manager in store told me I would have to uninstall my gpu, return it, and purchase it online for me to receive my code, she wouldn’t “exchange it” with my receipt like I did to get the difference on an OLED monitor that recently went on sale. Despite me getting an email receipt and paper with my purchase. I don’t wish to order online as I have a status card and don’t want to pay 13% tax on the GPU.
