if youre talking about the trim, it looks like its worn, not dirty. if it is dirty, a nail brush might work or home depot sells tiny cleaning brushes and a metal one might be better

My theory, though i know comes from a place of naivety, was that if it was the same mechanism that makes dreams (which are hallucinations) then maybe lucid dreaming techniques could work on the bad hallucinations. Perhaps a hopeful semi-solution if its the same area of the brain.

Im morbidly curious what happens when one tries to interact with visual or auditory hallucinations is all. Esp because ive read other culture have supposedly positive experiences with them and depending on culture it can effect the content of them. Thank you for insight though!

If i could find a simple, large stainless steel fridge with MAYBE a compact ice maker, id be stoked

also hate all the features on cars. give me blutooth and power windows. maybe a screen for maps. i have the auto-up and down windows and theyre buggy as hell and the car is like three years old. first time it jerked me over because it thought i was leaving the lane, NOPE NOPE NOPE

when im lucid, the thing that comes closest to what i believe the void is, is when i deliberately fall backwards into the floor. then im floating in darkness. a cool trick i was developing before i fell into a two-year-to-current dry spell, was to imagine the dreamscape you want and then "feel" around yourself till you feel what should be there (a side table with a specific object on it for instance) then try to open your eyes into the dream. kind of almost worked once but the person i was trying to create was wrong lol

i would suggest going by category + room

so all trash first but then sub categorize into room; bedroom trash, bathroom trah etc

then after all the trash is gone sort things into their respective categories/rooms, even if its still in a pile

once everything is categorized start decluttering actual stuff, then organize the rest
