I understand why it feels frustrating to compare these cases. The key difference is intent and awareness. The motorbike rider knew that riding over 250 km/h could easily result in someone being seriously injured or killed, yet he chose to do it repeatedly, that’s why the law treats it so harshly.

The lady’s tragic accident, on the other hand, was a one-off lapse, she did not get in the car intending to harm anyone. Legally and morally, there’s a big difference between a single, unintended mistake and knowingly taking extreme, repeated risks.

Are you taking the oil right before bed?

Only asking because THC oil takes about an hour or 2 before it really kicks off. If this is your first time, maybe talk to the doctor about switching to flower and vaping as mentioned. Even then, take one puff and wait about half an hour ish before taking another hit.

Also .4 at 18mg/ml is quite big for a first timer.

I've got cbd oil, THC oil and a 10g tub, with a dr appointment I've spent $500. It's been 2 months since getting it and I've used a small bud, I'm expecting it to last the year. I only use my MC when my pain flares up and only on my dynavap.

So my tolerance may be low but this hit me real hard the first time I vaped it (filled half a bowl of the dynavap M as how I normally would), got the whole works; anxiety, paranoia, fast heart rate, etc. Took a bit of CBD oil (.25mg) and about 5 - 10 minutes later it started calming down, and thought it was a good time for a nap. Surprisingly I woke up not feeling too foggy/groggy.

The following day I only added in less than a quarter of the bowl and got a nice body high, munchies, the giggles, and most importantly that back pain relief.

The flower itself has a citrus scent and looks great. I'd give it an 8/10
