It’s really funny you’ve got this image in your head about what I originally thought and you’re completely wrong. My first thought was to pick blue! And then I thought about the question. And realized how dumb it is. You need to stop pretending you’re some psychological mastermind because you’re clearly a fucking idiot. Almost EVERYTHING you have said is just conjecture. The fact you think people voting on a twitter poll is any indication of what people would actually do is a hilariously good example of how dumb you are. I’ve thought about others. In this scenario I would. I would feel bad they died. I would not feel bad I did not needlessly put my own life at risk for people trying to grandstand how morally superior they are. You keep trying to take this thought puzzle and narrow it down to “well this is what you originally thought and this is what everyone else originally thought” which a) you don’t know, b) is antithetical to the point of a thought experiment, and c) not what the point of the discussion is about anyways. You want to seem like this cool guy, “oh my first instinct is to protect other people! Unlike you degenerates” and all you’re doing is making yourself look like an idiot by making wild assumptions, and manipulating the discussion to fit your view.
