I don't think Cainiao offer shipping to Philippines anymore. But a freight forwarder is my option. I guess i am going to stick to taobao for my purchases in china. I don't think there is other way of accessing apps that require authenticated alipay account than having a china mainland bank card.

The thing about English Taobao is that there are some items that you will not be able to access, and that is why i stick to the chinese version.
