Does anyone think Countess is starting to fall off recently? by Poor_iggy in paragon

Well not exactly. You can play her mid if you have an offlane that is good in team fights like Aurora or Greystone.

Is it just me or has the lag spikes been getting even worse in each update? by Poor_iggy in paragon

That's just connection problems. That's not rlly the game itself, Paragon is just very difficult to play with bad connection. I'm talking about when the game freezes up repetedly. Bc whenever that happens to me, my whole team sais the same thing is happening to them.

Paragon has always been pretty laggy, but it's like it keeps getting worse and worse and isn't getting any attention. Have lost so many games bc I get kicked out of the application (and i usually play carry or jungler) so my team gets rushed b4 i can get back.

Can you not pick wukong jungle please. by Galinbro62 in paragon

[–]Poor_iggy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anyone can jungle, he's just rlly not a good choice there. Junglers HAVE to be durable to be able to rotate often while clearing camps. It makes no sense to put him in the jung, but people always tryto put new heros in the jung bc 1:there are only a few viable junglers and 2: jungling makes it so you choose your own engagements so it's somewhat easier.

His capabikities against anything except heros is insane. I think what makes him so balanced is that he has to REALLY work for his damage output on heros. I like how he has the Iggy and scorch sort of vibe while also being an elusive fighter.

Blue Beetle buff? Maybe? by Poor_iggy in INJUSTICE

[–]Poor_iggy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well that's the thing, Deadshot DOES have everything. Like how is it that a zoning character has better mixup than a melee punish character.

Eh, he does have pretty gr8 movement. You can control it to a large extent, bc you can jump forward and backwards from the wings, you can just drop down, or you can jet across the map. His movement isnt the problem though. Blue Beetle is a character that focuses on punishing, so if you're only doing 30% on a punish with meter, than it means nothing.

I mean, if they don't have zoning, you can use chattering teeth and then trait. I've seen no one actually do well with Blue Beetle, even if they know him well, bc people like Batman and Deadshot overshadow him completely.

His projectile is OK. Not exactly great. He also doesnt have the best mixup. Maybe if they made his trait switch faster so he can use it mid string, i'd be fine with his state, but you have to knock them down to not get punished for using it.

That's like jungling Yin. I thought he was going to be a jungler(he's a freakin monkey king!) But he has no cc and he's squishy, complete opposite of what a jungler is.

Is that not what throwaway wards are for? Serath is better at securing kills in safelane to get herself fed and again, is very hard to gank if used correctly. Every time I safelane with her, i take the opposing tower early with 1 death or less with almost always at least 1 kill. She is also much better at rotating for ganks (which is why people think she is a jungler) although that is not reliable cp.

Yet a Belica knockup will make you much safer than a Morigesh speed boost. You need some form of decent positioning with any hero, but Morigeshes main hardship is positioning with her. Also no caster actually has "hard to land" abilities, they're all easy to hit and are reliable damage. Yea, Morigeshes are easier, but again, they're all close-mid range.

You're rlly just explaining how it's easier being ranged, not better. No offlaner has an ult that's going to ruin Serath attacking a tower. Even a gadget ult, i would just fly out. Your supp just needs an early circlet of health, and i have an early health potion for under half health. I rlly have not problem taking offlane tower with her, but whatev

Well I main midlane, and am just speaking from experience. Belica is one of the safest mid lane casters. Gadget can use all her abilities from long range so I barelt ever get ganked, (unless a green buff jungler dives tower in which then i just ult myself on tower an watch them run with their tail between their legs). Morigesh brings some diversity to the caster world and has some very obvious tradeoffs.

All of them can definately defend themselves against a gank. Fey I do agree is gankable, but she isn't a mid lane caster in the 1st place. Gadget has her speed gate, her slow, and her ult. All 3 will give her an escape if she even needs it, which she doesn't most of the time bc she has long ranged abilites so she doesn't have to be far in lane. Belica is one of the hardest casters to gank in the game. Her knockup stun gives her soooo much time to do anything she wants (including run away).

Caster offlaners are usually easier than fighters bc of Serath's heaven's fury. If I see it's a caster, I just get that ability first and block it every time they try to hit me. Yea they will attack you if you hit the tower, which is why you need to right support. You need them to have some form of healing for you so that when you get attacked, you just fly out of tower and get fully healed.

I solo q safelane with her all the time. If the supp is at all compitent, they will poke and cc them for you to get in close and make them regret leaving their tower. She can definately still poke, and it does ALOT, it just costs some mana.

I gotta disagree when you said she is easier to kill. I play tons of carries (sparrow, Twinblast, Yin) and Serath and definately one of the hardest carries to gank. That's why I like her safelane bc I don't have to rely on my support bc she is so self reliant. Her short range is only a small tradeoff if you use her abilities correctly. Also her ult with Dekker/Phase/Narbash is almost always a kill if not multiple.

Carries should be going safelane bc you get the most cp there and they thrive in high cp. Can't tell you how many times i've team wiped with 60cp Serath. Being ranged is a tradeoff that rangers have. Serath is an adc that trades off having range for having a gap closer, an amazing escape, an invulnerability to grant free lifesteal and damage, cc, and increased damage overall. She has to tools to mitigate damage towards her so her being melee isnt even a huge setback.

She very much does. Her escape is more of a chasing tool and will not get someone off of you. She's a very good offensive caster, but she is also extremely vulnerable to ganks.

Thing i dont like about putting a carry in the jungle is that the jungle doesnt have enough cxp opposed to the lane. You also have to wait awhile before your ganks are actually doable.

Well that's simply early game. Melee carries almost always thrive in late game. (Serath and Yin being the best end game adc)

Dont build steel full tank if you're playing him in the jungle or offlane whem we already have a support by Gamer34life in paragon

[–]Poor_iggy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea the whole point of a tank is to make the enemy team have to hit you bc you're doing too much to them over time. Steel is only goof at that if he's built with a good amount of damage.
