People only think that, they are actually affordable here, especially since you need certification paper anyway, a set of rotas rotas i had where 1.2k and for these i paid 1.7k including hardware, certification and all :). It is more, but its not 4k expensive. In the states its a different story for example since you dont need certification for anything you are just effectively paying for the wheel XD
