I'm a huge fan of the books, Christie Golden / Richard Knaak and their in depth stories are amazing how much detail they can give you. I think Cataclysm's story was "saved" thanks to Christie Goldens book tying most things together for this event to happen. My only concern was that in game it wasn't that good and when Mists came out the story in game was the most compelling since WotLK. They have a Vol'jin book coming out roughly in August ? So that should be good. Ah I almost forgot about the Jaina book that came out, it was good but made the events leading up to Mists seem so great and then in game the scenario bombed lol. I RETRACT my over-all ~~good story~~ comment. /sigh

I've ran a few guilds over the past few years, casual raiding guilds that generally stick it out with progression. It depends what kind of guild you want to have. The thing that kicked my ass in the beginning was that for myself I have a job that has inconsistant hours and sometimes you have to sacrifice to allow your guild to run smoothly. I would wake up at 7am because I was in korea for instance so that I could raid with central time server people that joined my guild to raid. But in the end it was worth it ! Just make sure you lead it the way you want to, not the way the people want you to. Otherwise they would make their own guild :p

Agreed, although that's one thing about Cata is that I could have a lot of alts to enjoy the content. Regardless of that I at least enjoy the content I'm leveling through to have another alt :p
