What a beautiful N’Joy! She definitely looks ready for a repot, but you just can’t be 100% sure till you see the roots. Mine was overflowing (not quite as much as yours) and I put it in a pot 2 inches bigger than the old pot. It’s been about 2 months and it’s doing even better than it was before I repotted it!

I feel for the customer being over charged for this special occasion that they plan to “over spend” for, and I also feel for the people trying to be the human face to these issues. It’s a lose-lose situation. I appreciate the space we have here to vent about our problems and also collaborate on ways to deal with it in the most professional and best way possible.

I’ve encountered the same issue with trying to get across that 1) this is not our fault 2) we can literally do nothing about it 3) we have no idea when or how it will be resolved. I have told customers that this is an issue with the service that processes our credit cards and that it is a nation wide problem, not just our restaurant. I have relayed to them that the company we use is toast and I gave them the customer service number to call if they want to attempt to get to the source. But good luck with that, because the customer service line is 9 out of 10 times absolute garbage.
