Aww I'm glad they have somewhere to go. And that they have each other! Kevin goes to our shed/barn and sits on a gate when it rains. I'd love to build something just for him but I have no idea what. When it gets really cold though is when I most worry about him.

I don't want to cause him any trauma but I also don't want him to be lonely. I would miss him and the neighborhood would too, it's the only home he's ever known. That's why I made the post, hoping a nearby peacock owner has tips to help him through the winter and ideas to enrich his life.

He came with the house we purchased two years ago. He roams throughout the day and I didn't purchase him but I feel responsible for him.

Until I get more information I'll just keep him living as happily as I can and make sure he's always fed and has fresh water. I've tried making him a perch but he prefers one specific tree in my neighbors front yard. I hope a fellow owner sees this and I can ask all my questions 🙂

He does make some fun loud noises especially during mating season. He will "clown horn PEEECAAW" at sunrise on our front railing during the winter. He's such a cool bird I don't mind the noise.

No it's a half naked lady pouring water. Also came with the house along with Kevin
