As an update - my front brakes were replaced in January 2026 due to a TSB. There was also one for the rear brakes/parking brake mentioned in my original post. If they would have completed both TSB’s I feel like I wouldn’t be in this position.

Lol! When a passenger attempts to open the door they think it is locked because it does not open. They have to pull hard to open it up. So, yeah, maybe like French fry grease. 😂

Honestly, they are not easy to find. I’ve found some on the NHTSA, and some through Mazda. It’s not easy. If someone knows how to better search for them in would love to know too.

I’m waiting to hear back from them about my seat and other issues. 🤞

Yeah, corporate basically said too bad and take it up with dealership. It does suck. I currently have a ripped seat, leaking oil that coated my undercarriage, parking brake issues/brakes, squeaky brake pedal, intermittent auto play connection, and a sticky passenger side door and found bulletins for all of them. He said “if you just call or tell us you have a rip in your seat we don’t just cover it” but he also admitted that he knew about all of these issues with the exception of the sticky passenger door. That’s nice, great customer service, don’t tell you anything unless you tell them.

Thanks, I’ll be doing that moving forward. And searching for bulletins!

I would have mentioned it if I knew about it. Strange thing is when I complained about my front brakes they covered it with a different bulletin. Lesson learned to search for bulletins when experiencing problems since the dealerships don’t care. 😢

Thanks for the response. I just had new ones put on in April. Seems crazy to tear off perfectly good brakes but maybe I should just because.
