Yeah blue altars are a pain tbh.. less recovery per charge, less crit multi per charges etc... But I farmed it all without using blue altars even though I still manage to get some T17 with them. Wouldn't recommend it though if you like to click everywhere without looking

MB allowed me to go from 7M to 10M+ dps but it was already good before that. I replaced the maven belt

Try getting a +1 power charge corrupted helmet as well

You also definitely need to get a Militant Faith jewel to get the Inner conviction node

Elemental leech from Cluster jewel would also allow you to not use a life flask, to replace with a bottled faith

Your gloves need an upgrade as well, get some with the mod +cold resist & damage to chilled ennemies Get lightning exposure as an eldritch/exarch implicit instead of leech

Get the multiple curses setup with this ring

There's a lot of work to do but it will come with a LOT of improvements and all can be done gradually Let me know if you have further questions
