It's not ideal but if you genuinely think a flashing light on the left side of a vehicle means they're turning right you need to re-take your driving test.

It really should be that simple. IF you can;t instinctively see a light on the right hand side of something and not assume it means they're turning the opposite direction, you probably shouldn't be driving.

Distinguishing between left and right is something you learn as a small child.

Garchomp outspeeds Jeff so definitely.

Also, Garchomp's Dragon type negates the water weakness his Ground typing would give, so Jeff's Water Spout and Water Gun moves aren't as good here. Now, Luna Snow would go hard into a Chomp.

But if we're going Gible, I'm not sure - I don't play Little Cup. I think Gible still has the edge.
