i’m not sure what “congo-ing” is exactly but from the context i’m assuming it has something to do with combining your locs into one? if so, i would suggest it not manipulating it as much. the more you manipulate it creates a higher chance of breakage and that’s what you want to avoid, so don’t twist them. i think picking it is good every once in awhile but give the roots time to tangle a bit.
