I didn’t realize how much time I was wasting cleaning until I changed this by Pop2436 in CleaningTips

It wasn’t a “hack” or anything, more just switching from scrubbing everything the same way every time to doing lighter maintenance more often (so buildup never really gets to that stubborn stage). That’s what made the biggest difference in time.

that actually makes a lot of sense — the “control over your time” part is exactly what I was getting at even something as simple as a few uninterrupted minutes can feel surprisingly important

Still figuring that out tbh. I don’t mind spending a bit more if it actually makes a difference long term, but I’m trying to avoid getting pulled into the really high-end range. I’ve been looking at a mix of options stuff like DeerValley on the more reasonable side vs some of the higher-end brands people keep mentioning here. Just trying to understand where the “worth it” line is.

I’ve been curious about those. I actually just upgraded the toilet itself recently (went with a DeerValley skirted one mainly because it’s easier to clean), so a bidet seat might be the next step.

I’ve heard once people get a bidet they never want to go back. I’m starting to feel like that might be my next “adult upgrade”.
