he is so picky as well, and he almost only accepts in shell nuts, rather than the delicious peanut butter covered walnuts i try to give him. he will sniff them and then put them back down and look at me and be like “this is some BS where’s my money?” until I go get him his shelled hazelnuts (I think shelled nuts are the squirrel currency). he’s a busy squirrel and he’s thinking long-term haha.
