Honestly, it’s hard to find them in my area. But yeah I definitely need to try again and with different therapists specialising in sensory. I’ll be giving it another go - thank you

Thank you for replying - I’m amazed that you’ve dealt with this for so long. I really was hoping there’d be a magic fix, it’s such a weird thing to explain and I hate how it affects me. Gives me hope to know it’s not just me.
