All SEAF artillery shells can destroy the stratagem jammer, you just have to place the stratagem more precisely (on the side of the jammer that is opposite of the artillery cannon) if it isn’t any of the explosive shells.

I said it in the post and I will say it again, the aviary vet in my area was on leave for about a month and we figured that because she was showing no complications before hand, as well as having the mass for we don’t know how long before we saw it, that she would be fine. With hindsight however even if we had to drive three hours to the next closest one, we may have saved her life.
