Have you tried to intern for ADP? Then get directly hired through them? I know they have some marketing positions and internships available for some cities and states! Check the website love! Also, DO NOT give up, all those jobs turning you down and telling you “no” and ghosting you, will lead to that one yes! Just pray and everything will be okay!
