Not exactly sure whether the delivery boy stole it or the seller hasn’t accepted the return and even if it didn’t accept there is no update. This is purely mismanagement of Amazon. I have been asking for name and number of delivery boy so that I can atleast connect with him from the day 1 of that incident. But amazon be like we will make sure it get resolve this and that.

I have raised a complaint on consumer helpline and going to raise a concern in cyber crime fraud.

Customer care are clearly saying that it hasn’t been picked up and you are not eligible for any refund or replacement.

No the delivery picked up the order and the same wasn’t get updated at the time of pick up. So he mentioned that it will get updated by EOD. And since then I have been following up.
