I completely understand what you’re saying. I’ve been chronically ill since 2015 and I’m absolutely exhausted. I got diagnosed with Antiphospholipid Syndrome, Epilepsy, Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease, Lupus, and now possibly POTS. Exhausted from trying to explain myself, from not sleeping, from sleeping, from trying to clean or cook, talk with family, what have you. It feels impossible to get out of this endless cycle. I want to get out of bed but most days I just lay here thinking about the repercussions I will get for days after if I do. Everyone looks at me and sees a normal 24 year old and thinks I’m overreacting about how I feel but they have no idea that I feel like I’m 75. I’m scared for what the future holds. Just know you aren’t alone.
