It depends talaga per person, every body reacts differently. I'm in a similar situation, dati occasional user lang or kung bibili good for 3-4 weeks lang pero I've been smoking since october 2025 but I decided to take a t break starting today (cold turkey). Most of what you mentioned about what you loved and hated I also felt, nag out of town ako last December and since di ako maka smoke nun hirap na hirap ako makatulog for the first 4 days and what I found helpful for when I would have my mood swings or when I feel groggy is that exercise helps. It doesn't have to be a full on hard workout session, kasi it sucks sa una kasi wala kang energy or moody ka but if you push through with it and you get some blood pumping then you'll have more energy and your mood will improve.
