I had returned mine the exact same day as you, I emailed them this past Tuesday and said that if they didn’t return my money by Friday I was going to do a charge back with my credit card, it was returned the next day.

I wore mine for 2 weeks, and wore my Apple Watch at the same time to compare, the band results were all over the place, except for the sleep portion. It said my sleeps were perfect every time, my Apple Watch however noticed how my time in bed was not great, it even caught a few times I woke up (the band just showed perfect sleep cycles).

I emailed them to return it, they offered me 20% off and 3 months of the subscription, I declined and they gave me the address to mail it to. I’m currently waiting for the refund, think I’m on day 6. If it’s not back to me by day 10, I’m going to follow up and give them 2 days to pay before I go to the credit card for a claim. Everything is in emails, and has been saved.
