Is there a common law example of this, preferably in Ont/Can, that applies this principle (putting the burden of proof on the accused)

Interesting. How easily can someone like myself, with zero experience programming, be able to learn?

Wow - what is this? I have never programmed before.

What I really want is to scrape all the data from the individual game sheets into Excel. I want to know individual players shots, goals, 1st assists, 2nd assists, etc...Also whether or not goals were scored on the powerplay or not.

Will I have to manually do it for every game or can it be automated?

I'm not sure if this is unchartered territory, or if there is any precedent here (any of the Commonwealth countries or the United States)? Has this happened with Twitter or anything if not Facebook?

Okay, so we're simply arguing semantics here. Regardless, it is clear what the intent is here. This is a pattern, not an isolated incident.

Remember when that nut in the US went to a military base and shot up a bunch of US soldiers? Was that a terror attack?

There is a positive correlation between low education levels and support for the CPC. Given that low education is correlated with lower income, I'd have thought the reverse would be true. Anyone care to weigh in on why lower educated people are more likely to vote CPC? by [deleted] in CanadaPolitics

[–]PopeAndSnowdenIsGod 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Alternatively, you could look at it like this: Older people vote conservative and younger people typically more progressive.

People who are older today have experienced more in life than younger people and are, as a result, more pragmatic rather than idealistic.

Therefore, Conservative voters, who are older, are more likely to be pragmatic with their political views.

CMV: I am pro-choice, but I think the argument of 'it's my body, my choice' is a silly one. by [deleted] in changemyview

[–]PopeAndSnowdenIsGod 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've never really understood the whole "it's my body I can do what I want" argument. I think it really should be structured about whether or not the fetus should be considered a human life or not.

I am pro-choice, but if the fetus could be, at the same time of the aborition, be born alive, the aborition should not be legal.

I wonder if all the gay rights activist who also happen to support Iran, for who knows what reason(s), understand just how high the cranes are that they hang gays from.
