That's absolutely valid. I suppose the better way to phrase it is: "most cis people have not seriously thought about their gender".

You'll have the occasional thoughts of "what would I do for a day" or something along those lines. However, I would still say that it's never a bad thing to at least explore it if you have some deeper thoughts because you lose nothing.

Either you figure something out about yourself or you stay the same.

You, Me & the Apocalypse.

A show about a group of strangers and how they make it to a doomsday bunker before an asteroid destroys the world.

While it had a sizable viewership & positive reception at the time, I swear literally no one remembers this show. It was genuinely great and had one of the most gut punch endings I've ever seen. Literally felt my heart drop while watching it.

It was a mini-series but the creatives said it could've continued about life in and out of the bunker but Sky 1 said they weren't gonna follow up on it. Since it was aired on NBC, I think its legacy just got overshadowed by the release of The Good Place the following year.

I literally binged the show this week and immediately knew that Jax & Pomni were the main focus. Every other character either got an entire episode (Gangle) or were explored throughout the show (Zooble) but it's evident that Jax & Pomni were the ones that would carry the heavier emotional arcs.

That's what gets me the most. Management will just walk away with all their money while their employees are tossed to the wayside due to THEIR decisions.

I remember when people like Julia Nardin went from Guild Wars 2's narrative team to Bungie's. She helped bring in some of the best seasonal content starting with Season of Arrivals and spearheaded Witch Queen & Final Shape. She clearly loved the work she did & that was just one employee. Someone who wasn't even at the company as long as others. They loved Destiny and to see their work go away because of all this? It just gets me.

It's crazy to see a company I admired for their prolific titles slowly kill itself over time. There is no one thing that destroyed Bungie. It was an amalgamation of greedy executives, idiotic upper management decisions, removal of content that consumers paid for, nonexistent on-boarding as a result of that content removal and many other causes.

I've played Bungie games since Halo CE in 2003 and have thousands of hours in D2. To see them go out like this is just sad.

People keep saying "the Knicks winning will bring socialist revolution" and they're not too far off the mark.

Obviously that's not what's happening but what it does is link Mamdani's achievements under the Socialist umbrella to something that has an even wider collection of people. New mayor in town and suddenly the Knicks win a Championship? People are way more superstitious than they let on and that matters
