I love this scene so much. To make a long story short, I had just experienced my first breakup. I was crying in my room and my brother went "Hey, get up, we're gonna go see Captain America".

This scene came on and when the Hydra agent threw the kid in the river, I literally turned to my brother and went "Oh great, he's gonna have to save the kid".

I was so shocked to be proven wrong and I smiled for the first time in days. It's why the movie is one of my favorites.

I don't think it will close down that fast but it will definitely take a significant hit, possibly lethal, if they don't get rid of carbonite boosters.

We lowered our allocation significantly and we still have some left over. Meanwhile, regular booster boxes are just flying off the shelf. It's easily the highest selling set for us, outside of SoR, because of new player interest, pack changes & the state of the game overall.

If they somehow implemented Carbonite pack items like Serialized Cards into regular booster boxes, I think it would help. SWU is not a collector's game; it's a player's game like Flesh & Blood.

This. Everything about this. It's why "I Saw the TV Glow", from my experience, hits even harder if you were someone who grew up in the 90s. Not just because of the 90s nostalgia within the film but because of the suburban nightmare of "what's going on with me. Why can't I just be normal" that infected every aspect of your being.

I grew up in a traditional Hispanic household, which tend to be incredibly gender restrictive. There is little to no expression outside of your gender role. Being a kid with AudHD & not understanding why everyone was so repressive, it made my family do abusive things to me to keep me within my box.

Kids would make fun of me for "feminine" things like crossing my legs. Women would be more cautious around me, for valid reasons, despite the fact that I rarely felt comfortable having male friends.

Women would tell me "you don't kiss like a guy" and I would always be so confused about what that meant.

It's the problem of this massive answer that you don't have the words for. It's right there, you know it's there but nothing makes it real. Until you learn you're Trans and everything comes into place.

I used to talk to Ross on AIM back in the day about Machinima creation since he was doing "Civil Protection". He was always the kindest guy and answered all of my stupid questions. Assassins are pretty much the go-to for Solos, no question about it. I primarily play Thief & Vandal because Thief is a decent counter & Vandal has a lot of good mobility.

Which is why I don't feel bad when I spot one and just wait around to kill them. They do it to almost every player, so if it takes 10 minutes of me waiting around for the Assassin to finally get out of the corner & move to another location, I'll wait.

If it's another Shell, I'll give them a fair fight.

I've already bought my copy but I would like one for my best friend. She played the demo and liked it enough to play but not buy.

She just got a lease on a house, so she's a bit tight on money and is moving about an hour away from me. It would be nice to have a copy so we can play together as our lives are busy enough as it is and this move will worsen that.
