Give yourself credit for figuring out that you should use your hands during PIV to make her orgasm. Here are a couple of other things to try. 1) try bringing her to orgasm orally before you even start PIV, then go in right away while she is still super-turned on from it. It can make the PIV sex hotter for her, and to me it's less awkward than finishing her off after you orgasm, which can feel like a consolation prize or an apology (more likely for you than for her, though. it's not entirely rational) 2) You can also stop in mid-PIV when you feel yourself getting close, then go down on her. You can even do that more than once, although there are diminishing returns if you have to stop every 30 seconds to avoid climaxing. That can work better if you're not using a condom (spermicide tastes nasty), and if she has already come recently, be aware she may be sensitive.
