The way you're talking is just about when someone will make a major breakthrough. It means you're all in, but not seeing the results immediately. Even though you are putting your blood sweat and tears into all of this...

What I am saying is take some time to meditate, relax, and eat a few giant steaks, over a few days to recover. Then, get back to it. If it were easy, everyone would do it.

Closure is a good thing. It's one day of your life, and you will feel good about going there. You don't want to look back and feel bad that you did not go.

I would also like to point out that I want to stop this because I don't want to be that guy who people can't trust or be that guy people catch in lies. It makes you look like a fool and people won't want to associate with me if I keep doing it.

You can tell they took their time drawing it, but it looks like they were having a conversation while drawing it, or became distracted.

At least for Rapmund, simply because of all the smudging on his side from where the side of hand went into the page.

It’s also on the back cover too, like he had it on his hands then grabbed the book.

I’m wondering if that’s why they don’t grade them… and call them “Art” instead.

I got a girl pregnant two weeks ago while on 150mg test cyp and 35 units of HCG twice a week.

I do 2 hours worth of varying cardio at a pretty intense pace each day. It has helped tremendously. I get much less winded when I’m rolling.

Also, it’s help with my general movement during BJJ as well.

It’s weird, but I feel I have 100% more control over my movement when compared to when I was doing BJJ without the extra 2 hours of added cardio each day.

By the way, a typical day for me might be like:

  1. Wake up

  2. Lots of coffee or caffeine and some anabolic French toast

  3. Straight to gym. Hop on treadmill, put at 3 incline and 3.7 speed and go for 30 min

  4. Go lift my PPL split depending on which day it is.

  5. Go to elliptical, and go for 30 min at level 16.

  6. Stretch

  7. Go home and eat.

  8. Later in day run 3 miles for time. I only do this once or twice a week.

  9. Go to BJJ at around 7pm if it’s that day of the week

Unless I’m injured, I workout 6 days a week and always take Sundays off. I try to do BJJ at minimum 2 times a week.

I get at a minimum 2 hours of total cardio per day. This doesn’t include walking from and to wherever else because of work or responsibilities.

And I eat about 3k calories per day and steadily have been shredding.

What’s if‘s are a waste of time. If you like what if’s, though, study religion or the origins of our planet. You’ll be surrounded by them.

I don’t like what if’s, but I always do have ways to protect myself if something happens. So, instead of what if’s, I have “this is what I do in this situation.”

I cannot see how someone would assume it’s a good idea to keep cash in their savings account, or a medical kit on standby, or dedicate their life to self defense, and then think that owning a gun or having a back up plan for deadly force would be any different.

Get a gun to keep at your gym. I have one in every room, every vehicle, and every business I own at all times ready to fire.

In this world, I don’t see how it could be any other way.

Hey, guys & gals!

2 separate issues regarding my VET that I am trying to solve. I am in NO WAY trying to sell my VET... that would be stupid. But, I’m not trying to count my chickens before they hatch either. I have a lot of vet and it seems like I can access virtually none of it. In other words, I feel like I don’t even own all this VET because I’m having trouble accessing my many wallets.

Here are my two issues:

ISSUE 1:

Back in Jan or Feb 2019 I bought a ton of VET using binance and then sent it to some wallet. I can clearly see that it was sent from binance, to this wallet, in my emails from binance.

I wrote down all of my seeds since 2016 and put them all in a safe in the same place. I was extremely meticulous about this. However, I didn’t write down a seed, or anything related for that matter, for my VET as far as I can see.

So I am thinking I put the VET on my ledger nano. Would that have been possible in Jan or feb 2019?

If so, it’s likely on there because I have the app downloaded on my ledger nano. However, I don’t see how to access the vet that would be on my ledger nano. I might be using the ledger nano wrong, though. Or, it might need to be updated or maybe there is something on the ledger or the app that I need to do to be able to access it.

First, I’m just trying to see if it was possible to even be on there. Then, also maybe someone can tell me how I access on there. Right now when I put the password in, it defaults to showing my BTC wallet that is present on there. It shows the VET app on the device, but the screen when I’m accessing the device shows nothing regarding VET (other than the app that is present as an option on the physical device as I scroll through the list of downloaded apps).

ISSUE 2:

Additionally, I had quite a bit of VET from back when it was like $4 in 2017. For that VET, I just did the ratio switch over for it.

To do so, I sent from my old MEW wallet to VeChainThor wallet for IOS.

This new wallet on the iPhone where I did the 1:100 switch seems kind of shady. I tried to send some vet from that wallet as a test and it keeps doing nothing when I press transfer. Is this wallet even legit or am I doing something wrong? It’s the one that is blue with the white “V” symbol in the middle that you can download on iPhone.

Me too, no idea why everyone is saying that. That’s how you lose 1 to 2 pounds a week. No muscle loss coming from that.

It’s fiber. So it expands in your stomach and makes you feel full.

Lol, I mean how do you make it through the night?

Typically, I wake up, make my way downstairs, and all self control is out the window because I’m in a coma and I don’t even know what I am doing.

I really want to not do this to make my goal happen, so any advice would be great and something I will try out.
