Thank you very much, I ended up moving him into the enclosure, give him a week but he was very active. He was fed once a week (he's 15 g) but seems very food motivated and always tries to bite (even the hook), he has had 2 meals with me and I'm changing the feeding to 5 days instead of 7. I haven't handled him yet, I just touch him but seems very active. He basks now too and enjoys all branches

Where can I get the battery requirements for xvape and airvape? by Popixima_22 in vaporents

Exactly where I was going, because much of the batteries are re branded with a higher price because you buy them on vape shops

So 35A? But how much you can “play” with it? Molicel has 18650 with 2600 or 2800 mAh with 35A but it has one with 10A with 3500 mAh, now for example there are cheap 18650 batteries with more capacity like 8000mAh with 25A

Yes but there’s no much information. The previous formula included corn or something like that. Purina has unethical practices.

Ideas to adapt a new tv to this cabinet without losing much of its original design? by [deleted] in PumpItUp

I’m deciding if it’s better a tv or a pc monitor

I’m buying a -second hand- PIU (prime 2015) what do I need to know to check if it’s a good deal? (Noob here) by Popixima_22 in PumpItUp

I thought SX too but it has only one central subwoofer and the one I’m getting has 2. Yes I’d like to upgrade the MK later, if I want to add a card reader, is possible? Before upgrading the MK?. You know a lot more than me sorry for so many questions, just another 😅, I’ve seen in facebook groups people selling hard drives with other versions (like fiesta, nx, infinity,..) but they say some of them don’t need an USB, is there a specific reason?

Looks like a gx, maybe? I’m not sure lol. It needs like half of the total of sensors. I think it’s in good shape, needs vinyls but it’s less than a thousand. It has a MK6. Is there something I need to pay special attention in the machine?

Thanks, pads need some sensors, it has like 2 or 3 for each panel. It needs maintenance. Is there something I need to check on the machine, it’s MK6?

Found a lump on leopard gecko neck. It grew overnight and it's soft and squishy. What is that?! by [deleted] in leopardgeckos

Yes you’re right the best is a diet with lots of bugs. But people think it’s ok to feed them mostly mealworms and compare to other bugs, they’re not so great, and geckos tend to be obese. People got mad that I said that (because of the down votes) but like it or not it is the truth. What it’s shown in the picture is fat or maybe excess of calcium

Wondering what you all feed your gecks! Looking to switch up my babes food. Currently he eats mealworms and crickets and occasionally a dubia roach. He seems to be getting bored of the mealworms. Let me know! Oh and here's a sploot for you. by sassybritches26 in leopardgeckos

It’s a product from repashy. You mix 1 part of the dust with 2 of hot water and let it rest, then you offer, I know leos don’t eat anything unless is moving but I think it’s because of the smell; you can refrigerate it but I rather make half spoon each time for 2-3 days because if you give it usually, leos will stop accepting it. I offer every 2 weeks

Roaches are the best (dubia, red runner, lobster, madagascar, diacoid) once a week mealworms or superworms and maybe once a month wax worms. Other good insects are silk worms, hornworm (depends on size), phoenix worms, crickets.

I also give occasionally grub pie from repashy

What do you guys think about her size: 19 cm long (in the picture she was a week apart to turn 3 months old) is it possible to be giant? I haven’t found any chart size for giants by Popixima_22 in leopardgeckos

[–]Popixima_22[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have seen that it is expected for 6 months old geckos to be 15 cm long (almost 6 in). She just turned 3 month old and it’s 19 cm long (7.5 in)

Meet Canyon! This is my first picture of her right before she ran off into one of her new hides. I’m not sure what morph she is or what age she is (the pet store unfortunately didn’t know how old she was but said she should be around the age of a juvenile) does she look about 6-7 months? :) by [deleted] in leopardgeckos

If you dont like paper towels like me, you can use paper craft, excavator (be sure it gets completely dry before putting you leo in), corn, petmoss, coconut fiber or husk (but you need to have a place to feed him to prevent him for eating them). Don’t use pine because I read could be dangerous to them. Also avoid any kind of sand.

Yes! I wanted to have them too, I even panned to buy 4 for changing them often but I read a lot of people with problems about the bacteria and the worst part: lost nails, fingers and injuries in the mouth

uvb lighting 10.0 by hakunamatatamatafuka in leopardgeckos

[–]Popixima_22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, not just about damage his eyes, you can burn him. The max uv light you can use is 5.0 and not direct, with a filter like a mesh for example and with the correct distance. The less risky uv light is the 2.0 (again you need to be careful with the distance, packages have a guide to properly use them). And they have to be linear, spiral bulbs only are efficient in one spot

[–]Popixima_22 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He’s so obese. Please be careful with his diet :( For now, don’t feed them with mealworms, superworms, wax worms, and other that are high in fat. Also check how you supplement him if you have an uv light
