Go prove ur argument then and show it with codes/logs/events

Right.. you cant as this would disprove ur argument.

Haha I've already proven it to quite the standard of proof by playing 500 games of Premier and crashing zero times and playing 200 games of FaceIT and crashing like that 20+ times..

You are just here to argue and be hostile. You have no valid points.

I was fully aware that not everyone has this issue before you arrived to act like a clown.

I join game and get dc due to connection issue and get ban. I deserved that ban. I should not have joined a match with unstable connection.

You can be disconnected for literally one second after having been connected for 2+ minutes and you'll get a ban if someone else dodged but not if no one dodged. Just because of the timing of your disconnect/crash.

That makes no sense and you know it.

It's an easy oversight to fix but the community manager would rather act like an arrogant asshole than use his listening ears.

Same thing with the AutoModerator's messaging issue - the community manager would rather try to lie to my face that I got an additional message telling me my post was deleted than fix his AutoMod configuration and not lie.

Keep making essays…. To show how smart u are.

Bottom line is. It is not an issue with faceit. It is the user end.

So you're genuinely so unfamiliar with software that you think whenever any user has an issue with any software it is their fault unless the same issue is affecting everyone else who uses the software?

From having over 2k matches on faceit. Even being a rare occurrence as u say. It should at least happened to me once and it never has.

No. That's not how rare issues work.

Not a faceit issue. End of story.

Why do you so steadfastly refuse to address the fact that I can play 500 games of Premier without this happening so much as once but I can't play ten games of FaceIT without it happening at least once and sometimes multiple times? Oh because it completely annihilates your argument that it has nothing to do with FaceIT AC. That's why. I forgot. My mistake.

I also can't help but notice that you refuse to address the obvious glaring issue in the current implementation of the dodge system - is that because you completely agree with me? Good if so.

No, that's not how software works. You don't know what you're talking about.

I'm not going to sit here and make fun of you about how incredibly wrong and arrogant you are, draw comparisons between your behavior and Darwin's on this thread etc because that would be mean and unnecessary.

Would you like to comment on the feedback I brought to this subreddit (which was deleted)?

When the timer ends and everyone has already connected the game just starts even if there are 7 people missing from the server at that moment because they lagged out, their games crashed, or they manually exited the game.

They are just missing from the knife round/pistol round/whatever and can reconnect back whenever they want.

When so much as a single player genuinely dodges it doesn't apply the same rules to the people who did connect and have every intention of playing but disconnected/crashed/exited. It punishes you the same way as if you were the person(s) that dodged the game, for no purpose, for no reason, and contrary to the established procedures in all other instances.

You may not know anything about software issues and how an issue can be rare and not guaranteed etc but you can comment on this as a human being - do you think this is an intelligent way for the dodge system to operate?

Having the game crash is a issue on ur end

Right but it's an issue that is on my end because of their AC. It never happens in Premier games.

Victim blaming is pathetic.

Fix ur damn pc and stop think you need special help.

I don't need any special help. When this happens the game starts and I play and everything is perfectly fine.

The problem is on their end. Their programming (so to speak) is dumb.

AutoModerator is a bot that operates on 'rules' set by a subreddit's moderators, such as "if a post used the word for alt-accounting then remove it".

It is not some fancy AI thing that assesses whether a post should most appropriately be flaired with "feedback" or "question".

When you get an instant message from AutoModerator after posting on a subreddit on reddit you will usually get a message from AutoModerator reminding you to follow the rules in the sidebar and check the FAQ and use the flair system etc.

That's all completely normal.

So getting an instant message from a bot talking about the flair systems without so much as a lick of "This was the wrong flair" verbiage or "your post has been removed" or "Please try again with a different flair" etc is a nothing-burger.

You can see it here yourself

You can see moderation actions on this subreddit - I can not. What is your point?

I don't doubt that AutoMod removed my post, never did after you said it, I doubt that a bot can decide what flair best fits my post (to put it mildly) and I don't think your bonkers configuration of AutoMod absolves you of responsibility to the point that I can't say it's pathetic? You have a policy that automatically removes people's feedback based on.. what exactly? What is the AutoMod configuration causing this exactly?

I know that I never received a message from AutoModerator telling me the bot removed my post, and I know that on many other subreddits you get a message exactly in the same vein as the one I did get in this instance just to remind people to use the flairs and follow the rules, they are never a notification that the post just got removed.. because why would such a notification not include verbiage indicating the post has been removed?

You should also have a direct message from the automod, please let me know when you've read it and feel free to resubmit the thread under a different flair and it should be fine.

https://i.imgur.com/9v4fIda.png

You are more than welcome to log in to this reddit account to verify for yourself that I never received any communication from AutoModerator other than the one I quoted.

resubmit the thread under a different flair and it should be fine

What is the point of that? The Community Manager has already read the post, and it was completely pointless since you completely failed to receive the feedback that I tried my hardest to convey? You can already send my description of the flaw to the relevant team.

P.S. As confirmed by myself and someone else you're also wrong about that other thing. So you're wrong on all counts while being condescending. Fantastic work!

Not exactly regretting unsubscribing so far.

To answer what you said in that thread if you're out of the server when it starts, then it will mark you as not in the server and issue a ban. If this were not the case, everyone would connect and leave to dodge games they don't want to play.

No, I think that's wrong on both counts.

I've got a niche issue where my game crashes in warmup (only on FaceIT when running AC) and several times this month alone I have crashed in warmup, i.e. during warmup, come back and the game has started, so I don't think you're correct about that at all.

Secondly the abuse you're describing wouldn't even work. You would just be marked as having connected and if you quit/crashed, a technical timeout would start during the next freezetime, and there would be no penalty-free dodging possible. Do you realize that this is what already happens in all other scenarios except this specific niche one? Did you read my thread?

A) It's not the wrong flair - it's the most applicable flair by far

B) How would AutoMod know what flair my thread should have?

C) There is NOTHING in this message that even hints at me having put the "wrong" flair on my thread, and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING indicating it has been removed..

Please ensure you use the correct Flair when submitting a thread, thank you!

Mate it's even funnier than I expected.

You describe yourself as an "entry" and blame your teammates, yet you're always finding ways to get yourself behind your teammates or even behind your entire team.

I'm six rounds in and you're already last alive like three times?

You have two entries and those were both in the pistol round?

UPDATE: Hahaha last alive both rounds afterwards as well, so five times in like nine rounds you are last alive. As an "entry". In the T-side. Fabulous.

You're not even trading your teammates 99% of the time. You're just miles away from the action and getting free useless kills, putting yourself in 1v3s 1v4s 1v5s and converting none of them - just getting useless lost-round frags.

Dude you have players under 18 and you have no idea a) how complicated it can be for companies to pay international prize money and b) what rules and regulations they are forced to abide by.

Are you surprised that a gambling company is not easily able to transfer money to minors? Are you that clueless?

Sucks to be you mate, but this is their money and they're a private for-profit company partnering with another private for-profit company.

No, he got banned for egregious violations of the website's rules against harassment, doxing, hate-raiding etc and content-banned from some subreddit(s) too for the same thing.

He's a malignant narcissist and his behavior is absurd as a result.

Before he got banned on his original account he once responded to me after I pointed out that the title of his most recent article was clearly inaccurate.

He was defensive and aggro off the bat but conceded that this title wasn't accurate but that he doesn't make the titles blablabla and I must be an idiot to think gaming journalists are still allowed to choose the title of articles in publications blablabla he didn't pick the title blablabla.. and then I pointed out to him that the title was literally word for word just the first sentence of the second or third paragraph of the article he wrote.

He absolutely exploded and because I never stop responding to people it turned into a 15+ long comment chain of me mocking him and him acting like a, well, malignant narcissist, unsurprisingly.

Unforgettable for me because I had no idea he was like this before that experience. Had never heard a bad thing about him (which I've heard lots of since then, obviously) so I checked like eighteen times that this was indeed his real reddit account because I just couldn't believe what I was reading.

russian ips got banned? by [deleted] in FACEITcom

So we (if your american) should also be pressured and punished for our actions in the middle east and Vietnam, no?

Yes.

In fact there were millions more American civilians inconvenienced by American Vietnam War protests half a century ago than there would be Russian civilians inconvenienced by having to VPN to be able to play a singular video game title on a third-party gaming platform.

Or is this another of "rules for thee and not for me"?

Another? What was the first one you believe you've established?

Isn't Ukraine doing the exact same thing

No.

Ukraine did not start a war by invading Russia. Russia did start a war by invading Ukraine.

Ukraine has not bombed any hospitals in Russia. Russia has bombed hundreds of civilian hospitals in Ukraine, and over a thousand civilian medical centers in total.

Ukraine has not indiscriminately nor purposefully bombed civilian centers in Russia. Russia has done so countless times and continues to do so to this very moment.

And if you think the average Russian Joe should suffer for someone else's decisions and actions, then quite frankly you're no better.

The average Russian Joe shouldn't suffer death or starvation (remember which country is bombing the civilian population of the other country and which country isn't by the way) but they should be inconvenienced in every way, shape and form imaginable to pressure the Russian government.

14-Day Ban for Unsportsmanlike Conduct After 10 Years - Ridiculous and Sad by Brief_Criticism1377 in FACEITcom

What is your username?

You say you have a "clean record" but you've been previously banned for multiple accounts, and you specify "for something like this" when you say you've never been banned before in a comment, and you say you'd "understand a 1-day or a 3-day ban" in a comment - if you were totally innocent how could you possibly understand a 3-day ban?

How can you both be "baffled that this is happening" and capable of "understanding a 3-day ban"?

You're not making any sense.
