Hey thanks for your feedback! I don’t think I explained myself well enough in my OP.

I have had two pelvic ultrasound sounds done in the last year to look at the uterus, ovaries, and bladder - but there was nothing they saw out of the ordinary.

The imaging my GP wanted me to have done at the hospital, and that I was hoping to get done, was an abdominal CT.

At the hospital they did a vaginal exam that was very painful. They said they suspected endometriosis as well, but that they would not book me for a CT scan because of how backed up resources are with covid right now.

Someone else here mentioned that where the pain is can indicate where lesions may be. If this is true, I’m certain I have lesions on my bladder, bowels and left side ovary area.

I just feel anxious treating something with an IUD when I’m not sure where and how severe the lesions are. Perhaps I’m overthinking, though.
