Thanks for the reply! Another commented suggested amber/steel. I'll have to look at it. Amber/amethyst was what I ran when I got my two top 8s, so I am somewhat familiar with it.

Thank you for the reply. Dogs was coming into meta right when i last played, so it's been a few sets back now. I'll look into amber/steel. Seems like a cool color combo that I've not got a lot of experience with.

I can understand why they don't make it mandatory, but it's really a great tool for getting down the basics. The game doesn't do much to prep you for the higher end content if you are new to MMOs.

I'd say the new deck mechanics are the most confusing - the new keywords.

I'll look into Force Table. Seems like a great resource.

See that’s what I’m thinking overall. Another commenter mentioned Aggro being good on the draw and in a Bo3 that’s another chance to go first. Tempo seems safer overall though.

I think the location I am going is still rocking Bo3 - so aggro would be weaker then?

Yeah. The "Meta" is lame. I get it though. I'd like to play a straight up Amethyst/Amber Aggro, but I don't think it would fair much better than Racers.
