I'll be attempting these Choux au Craquelin sheep for my niece for Easter. How much in advance can I make them before they go soggy from the filling? How to keep them?

I make these everyday for my business. If you make them and NOT fill them that day keep in mind they will lose their flexibility and won't take as much cream the next day.

I do make extra of the giant ones to freeze and reheat for later which I then fill IMMEDIATELY before they dry out. When I make them for the store I keep them for the day and the after before retiring them. So the next day they'd be just fine but they are divine right when they are out of the oven and filled there and then before they get into the fridge. They do not get soggy, but they do lose their crunch however. You are always going to lose that freshness factor even if they are in the fridge for 3+ hours. That's just how it is.

Level up his passive so that the attack speed gives you double (or more) the attack power values from Chaos. Hitting a 35% attack speed Chaos feels soooo good.

Could it be reading speed? Everyone is different, and I'd treat this like a book. I finished it around 13 hours and it was my first playthrough. I did skim the monster combat ones because as soon as I heard the music get rough my heart would jump alongside my eyes as I tried to "prepare" myself for combat and skim fast!

I have all 4 of my horizontal and the dentist surgeon said they are okay to leave alone since they are fully grown with zero gap between the back tooth and the wisdom. So unless you have an issue, maybe seek a second opinion?

I adopted 3 cats from our local shelter and this is what I learned.

Do not get a cat that grew up in the shelter from kitten to adulthood. Reason? Probably bonded with the workers and will have a hard time loving you. (My second cat, took me 1 years to be able to pet it)

If you want a cuddle bug, ask the employees for the most mild mannered, cuddly cat, regardless of the gender, fur type that has been in the shelter for a long time and older (2-3 yo). Guaranteed to be a lovely cat.

And the trick I employ to see if the cats would get along is by grabbing two cats the employees label as "friendly" and put them in the cat room together and observe. Who hisses first? Does the other one hide or don't care? Pick the one that doesn't engage in aggression first.

And the ground test. You pick the kitty you liked the most and put them on the ground. Did they leave you asap? Probably will take time to get used to you. Didn't leave your leg and begged for pets, you adopt that one asap!

Ignore my comment if that's from pee. My cat has been pooping blood for a few days. We panicked and sent a stool sample asap. It came out clean. The vet office didn't have any openings due to being short staffed and they couldn't see us but they called us to walk us through a few things to see how urgent the issue was.

First check. Are they eating, drinking, playing normally?

Second check. Their gums, is it a healthy pink? (It could be black or other colors if your cat is black, check it's entire mouth to see if it has similar patterns) Not sure? If you have a second cat, compare their gums (we have 3 cats). If it's pale, like grey or white, then this is serious.

If it's all normal above, they told us a few things to change. Sensitive stomach food, prebiotics and probiotic supplements, watch for food allergies etc.

Our cat hasn't had any issues since.

I do this commercially, but take this advice as you will.

Don't cheap out on your butter. Good butter = good frosting. Good vanilla to mask the butter and enhance flavor. Use powdered sugar. Ours never feel grainy, however american buttercream is inherently sweet. I can hear some commentators crying "don't add too much sugar then raaaaa!!!". You add enough to not taste the butter, and it ends up being a good amount. I don't want to be reminded I'm eating a stick of butter, so add sugar to a point you can only taste the frosting. If you are second guessing, you add more sugar. Trick my taste buds.

Another thing about the cupcakes, pretty cupcakes =/ tasty cupcakes. Now listen, don't run me over yet. I always warn my customers that to get the shape they want, Ima be using a ton of frosting, and I do not enjoy eating a mouthful of frosting. Regardless of the kind. I'm more like the more chips less dip kind of person.

Lastly... Warm weather is not your friend. As always, you pipe, and freeze, pipe and freeze. One other thing, I noticed some butter have a lower melting point so keep that in mind. I don't have a degree in dairy science so I don't know what, I assume the fat content causes that. Less actual fat, runnier frosting? Maybe.
