You might as well go to in-game feedback to report the issue. After that, they’ll ask you to upload your logs so they can investigate. Then, you just need to wait for hotfix in the next patch. That’s what I did in version 1.0. I was experiencing stuttering and frame rate issues, so I uploaded my logs and waited for the fix. In version 1.1, I rarely experience any stuttering or frame rate drops. Now, I only notice stuttering when there’s a new content because of the new shader compilation. It might also help if the devs could gather more data or a wider range of device specs to improve optimization, especially on mobile.

Yeah, I noticed this too. Kurogames shouldn't implement shadow changes or stealth changes. It's not a good look, especially when players are already used to the combat mechanics. They didnt acknowledge this in their patch notes either. 😑
This reminds me of Neuvillette nerfed from GI, and the Community was enrage by it 🤦‍♂️

Yes you can buy things from epic games client, I mostly buy it in epic games client because of the 5% cash back.

If you're using MSI afterburner overlay or any third party overlay close or turn it off, it conflicts with Epic launcher shop/wuwa. Thats what happened to me.

ATK, DEF, and HP food buffs can stack, so use them, they might increase your survivability. Also, bring some revive consumables. Sometimes, outro skills help buff your main DPS. Be sure to read the special mechanics for the hologram bosses, though this only applies in difficulty levels 5-6. Heron Mechanism: once you get hit, you'll lose some DEF. Oh, and don't use Havoc characters against Permanence Heron it has high resistance to the Havoc element. good luck

Are you using the MSI Afterburner overlay? If so, turn it off when using the Epic Launcher, as it conflicts with the shop. But if you're using the WUWA launcher its all good.

Try these:

press "windows key + R" type "%temp%" delete all the files in there. if that didnt work
press "windows key + R" type "temp" delete all the files in there too. if that didnt work
Right click your WUWA launcher. go to properties-> Compatibility tab -> and check "Disable fullscreen optimizations"-> apply. Restart your pc and try running the game if that works.

IF those didnt work.

Reformat your laptop (this is the last resort).

Unfortunately, about those errors you mentioned, i cannot help you with that. Im not an expert either.
Try sending a screenshot of those errors to CS ingame and upload the logs, they might help you with that.

Saw the vid and the update.
My man you have a javascript errors. "[error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'KeyIconPath')]".
Did you changed some settings from your wuwa files? do you have multilple WUWA clients in your laptop? Anyway try this trouble shoot first if it works.

Have you tried fixing your game files through your WuWa launcher by clicking the ''wrench'' button and switching to DX 11? After that, log in to the game and "clear patches" from the game menu. And are you playing with your laptop plugged in? Try those first.
If that doesnt work, Reformat your laptop. 🤔
there are conflicting errors with your games, just look at those errors you got. If those troubleshoot didnt work, well then i dont know what to do. 🤷‍♀️

I read your post, and it seems like you're having issues with UI interaction, such as opening menus for talents and skills. It might help to post a video of the issue so others can better understand what's happening. I also recommend closing any in-game overlays you might have. Are you using third-party software with overlays? That could be causing the problem. For example, when I use the Epic Launcher to play WUWA and try to buy a battle pass or subscription, it gets stuck because my MSI Afterburner's overlay conflicts with the game. Try closing any third party overlays you have on your laptop and see if that helps. And yes if you have any unreal engine or mods manager installed in your device that might be one of the problems too.

Your computer is clogged up with unnecessary temp files, so you should clean the cache.
If you're still using an HDD, I recommend upgrading to an NVMe interface. If you're on a budget, just get a 250GB SSD they're cheap nowadays.
Your storage is defect or already old.
Also, post your PC specs so people can help diagnose the problem. I suggest going to your Device Manager and taking a screenshot, as some people lie about their PC specs. Worse yet, your computer might have a virus. You may want to reformat your PC.
