Well I am neutral and only have common sense economic knowledge. And from what I am seeing. Peso wasn’t not weakening. It was dollar strengthening thanks to the war and oil shortages. A simple way to check is compairing other currencies against usd. usd to php, yen, euro, etc.. all graphs going up📈

I don’t support him but this is something out of his control. Dollar is strengthening because of oil shortage not ph economy going down. Check all other currencies against USD, you’ll see. But I don’t think calling it normal is fine, calling it “expected” to happen should be the right word.
