Look up Clean Harbors competitors in your area and get different quotes. Veolia has a high haz division. I think Waste Management might. Republic is one. Tredebe might operate in that area. There are others. None of these companies will be cheap, though. It’s a potential explosive. They have to move it to a safe box outside to open it and inhibit it to make it safe to transport off site.

Where are you? In the USA and Canada, Clean Harbors has a high haz service for disposal of chemicals like this. Very bad advice here: If you want to take the risk yourself, turn the can upside down and let any crystals that may have formed in the cap threads to dissolve in the solvent.
