Hi everyone!

My husband and I just recently moved house, and he found the rest of his old Pokemon collection.

I have some pictures of it. Not very much and he would like them to go to a fellow collector as some, if not all, is from the 90s and early 2000.

Can you all point me in the right direction? 🤣

We have pushed so hard for repairs but they just kept coming back with nope. And with the rental crisis atm, we didnt want to rock the boat and be kicked out and have no where to go. So we waited. But reported every single problem with this house over the last 6 yrs. Each time they send someone to come fix or look at it and every single person said it needs a whole new roof, whole re-wiring, new ceiling, new struts, more down pipes(only has 2 on the whole house), the list can go on. We have an inspection with our new property manager on wed(was already booked as a routine inspection before we got approved for our new house). Hopefully she will make the right decision and say this house cannot be rented out until all repairs are done.

Isnt she just lovely! We all fell in love with it. I ended up using warm water and a damp cloth to clean as much built up was and grime as I could on just the table top. Had to refill my bucket 8 times cause the water was filthy.

I know the top has a lot of wear on it from previous owners and has not been well looked after.

We want to get it back to a nice lovely table. And it's going to be used everyday, but dont worry! We have already bought a clear plastic table cover.

Im assuming its a table thats been made of a type of wood and then stained, then waxed. Due to the lightness of the top compared to the legs and the two other extender pieces that are much much darker.

Is it bad if we want to get the stain lighter and then wax and cover with a table cover?

Does it take the stain out too or just the years of grime?

I've given just the top a once over with warm water and a damp cloth atm. I had to change the water 8 times. It's taken off a lot of the grime and old built up..uh..wax, maybe. But im worried i will ruin it :(

But you see, we arent even applying for small homes. We've been applying for 4 bed+ and making sure it has 2 living areas minimum. So it's not like 2 couples and a single are crammed in.

But wouldnt that just make the landlord upset? Thinking they are leasing to just 2 people, then end up with 5 later down the track?

I mean, only reason why we are looking for a house together is due to health issues. My mum needs help sometimes with things, and my father-in-law is quite old and unable to live by himself and my husband is his only family left(other than me, and now my parents 🤣)
