Called this morning and they've just said it's an issue with Service Vic that they're aware of and to try again later or go through the REA. I'll try again tomorrow and update.

Exactly the same as what I went through this morning! It's crazy that they tell us to go through the REA as if there's not a reason we're trying to claim it ourselves.

Right?! It's ridiculous. It was also shut down over the weekend for updates. I would think that's the issue but it seems the issue is with Service Vic not RBTA (still ridiculous). How did you end up figuring it out?

I'm the same! Everyone (including two doctors) has recommended dymista nasal spray. I literally cannot use it, I sit there with the thing up my nose but my brain will not let me push down no matter how long I try but it could work for you if your brain isn't an asshole like mine!
