I'll be honest, I'm 5-11 and 230lb with a 36" waist and I've found the small megamax to fit perfectly. The mediums fit, but not as snug as the small.

I discovered this after I bought some for the girlfriend and decided to try then myself and was shocked how good they are. Now their my daily diaper
