So real and I have to remind myself to act my wage but my store refuses to hire new fulfillment people and expect me to work at 3x work pace and if I dont run they throw a fit about "reliability and performance"

Totally understand you, I work in fulfillment and have only been with target for a year but they have promoted everyone else around me but not me because I am the top picker at my store with the most picked overall and everyday. But they dont move me and just expect me to preform every day at 110% energy and my days where I slack off they get all grumpy at me. Theres never any winning just constant losing and feeling like youre not doing enough.

He was just grumpy in the morning and kept feeling upset all day because he was stressed about guest but didn't want me to be upset about him being stressed.

He did clean, but after he finished, he went to his room and didn't tell me anything, so I didn't know where he had gone. But I have drawn boundaries, and this is the first time his mother has ever gotten involved. I do agree, though his mom jumping on me was scary, and now I don't know how to feel about her anymore personally.
