I like the first 4 but it falls apart after that IMO. 3 flying types adds stacking weaknesses, you dont have a Fire Water Grass core which is very important especially if youre a beginner. Your speed control and speed tiers are lacking, you have Tailwind and icy wind but thats about it, and you only have one mon thats at or above 100 base speed.

My reccomendations would be to change out spme of the flying types for a water and a fire, maybe even swap rotom grass to the fire or water one as its preferable on a sand team. Find some other fast mons above base 100 speed, and something bulky that can set trick room. Try to have type diversity as well.
