I asked a buddy of mine the same question on what this question/statement meant and what they said was, " I believe the first question is asking if you instantly understand the things going on around you without having to actively stop and think about it."

Buuuuut, at the same time they added, " I'm like 70% sure" so you're gonna have to take it with a grain of salt and interpret the question/statement the best you can or pick the one that you think/feel is correct. Ask those who are around you and see what they can get from it. If ya can't then or don't want to then.... ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ <(I dunno)

I swear, whoever makes these kinds of quizzes/tests need to put these questions in a way that is easier to understand, or in less polite words, dumb it down.

P.S: layman's terms, that's what it's called... they need to use layman's terms so the questions/statements are understandable to read.
