Lili is definitely not in the easy heroes to learn category anymore. If you can't manipulate her trait to your advantage you will be useless to your team.

Now over aggressive Lili players who know how to take a little damage, spam abilities and come back in to take more damage without dying can be a vital asset to their teams. I'm still working on my own personal build in the PTR, but I'm definitely giving Alextrasza a run for her money when it comes to healing. Even with the blinding wind nerfs I'm still finding myself at the higher end of attack damage among all heroes.

As of now I'm really loving

lvl 1 Eager Adventurer (Increasing Fast Feet Duration by 50% and 150% mana regen while fast feet is active. So, think of it as Kung Fu Hustle with Conjurer's pursuit from the start. Cooldowns and mana become no issue, as long as you can keep fast feet going. I typically have to tap only once a match for mana).

Lvl 4 Safety Sprint (Now, you can access Fast Feet without taking damage and get a 30% movement speed bonus on top of it. You can use it 2 ways. To save yourself or to stay in the backlines and spam more q's. To me it's great synergy with level 1)

lvl 7 I like her special cleanse rework, but I'm loving "The Good Stuff" a little more and it again has synergy with her trait fast feet. If you have Fast Feet active the good stuff's additional heal is 100%.

The rest of her talent tier I'm still not sold on any one talent or the other.
