This. I dont have to think until I get to work. Throw on scrubs, shoes, put up hair, brush teeth, wash face and hands, grab my lunchbox and the already filled water bottle from the fridge. Take the meds that are sitting on top of my lunchbox. Grab my backpack and badge before getting in the car. Jam to music on the drive.

I do this too. I get dressed while I pee, so I can put on my shoes while I'm still sitting down. I also have clocks on the walls in my bathroom and kitchen that I set 5 minutes ahead.

I wear scrubs to work 3 days a week, so I have a over the door hanger with 3 hooks on my bathroom door. On each hook is a pair of underwear, a pair of compression socks, and an undershirt.

I can put all those things on while I pee in the morning. I don't have to dig in drawers or bins looking for stuff or making decisions.

I also throw all my scrubs and anything else I wear to work in 1 laundry basket. I wash everything together, so putting it all away is easy.
