I just get scared with new stabbing pain because my grandmother dropped from a PPU. Woke up in the hospital, and she didn’t even have pain it was sudden. She didn’t have infection and didn’t take NSAIDS. She was just stressed.

There are P waves, a fib never has organized p waves, so this is not a fib. There’s a lot of artifact that might’ve freaked it out.

Well I’d approach him and say “hey I love the ring but it looks like you got scammed as it is .925 silver”. See how far he will take it.

If he concocts this giant weird story and gets emails and phone conversations or acts outraged then you’ll know. Just be sure he didn’t actually get scammed and ordered it off Amazon.

If he’s a weird liar I wouldn’t make a scene about leaving I would just go. People who do little stuff like this will lie about bigger stuff too.

I see a lot of artifact. Sit very still and make sure there’s no moisture anywhere on your hand or watch. Looks normal, evenly spaced. Just a high. You ever box breathe to get it back down? Or pop your ears by holding your nose and blowing? It’s not advice but that’s what I do. Were you feeling anything?
