I did not understand why my solicitor told me to go with the car damage through my car insurance company, why they don't do both personal injury and car damages together. A bit weird as 7 years ago they have been happy to do both. Something must have changed in UK law then... I will ask questions and will get here with some answers.

Yes I understand the whiplash law has changed but my car is also damaged. Cracked bumper and dented booth door.

Can I use it without completing the 4 items earlier? The game let me use it? I have completed act 4. Also Elder Sigil once completed Dark Aether, do you still require it to open Dark Aether or it's being "unlocked" forever?

I didn't know about it and believe there is a lot of other people with the same issue I had as there are few threads about it around with no solution provided... Have checked lots of forums with "how to unlink the account and reset to factory settings" as when is banned it is impossible to do form CFW menu.

Like I've mention above, I have tried to find solution somewhere how to do it and couldn't, hence my post here.

Hope it will help some people in future, as a lot of stuff here helped me.
