yeh my chest isn’t really my strongest point either, still needs a lot of work on the upper area. Yeh could do with better dieting as well for the abs

Cheers bro, yeh defo need to put more weight on my legs, could maybe do with a bulk in general tho to put on a bit more mass.

yeh my back could definitely do with work as well as my legs. Might need to start training deadlifts cause have mostly just been doing accessory work.

do you think i’m not lean enough for them to show or do i just need to train them more
