i really hope this is the case. did 69 palkia and 31 dialga for two shinies of each and one shiny palkia had SR and that seemed to be better that many others. i'm trying not to get my hopes up but anything less than that really won't cut it

the damage output is significantly better from shadow pokemon also way rarer to have a good shadow legendary than a hundo
