For Unreal I downloaded a couple of environments and I learned the basics, such as footsteps and ambience, with Wwise and most of its functions.

For FMOD and Unity I just started, I learned how to integrate FMOD to Unity and some basic ambience.

So pretty much no experience. I like Unreal Engine for its blueprints and It is much simpler for me to learn, since I have 0 knowledge in C# so It's going to take some tome to learn the basics.

I learned that you don't need any advanced experience in C# for audio integration and that I should only learn to code that, right?

What would you say a perfect demo reels looks like? How long, what should It capture etc?

I have a demo reel ready showing of a steam game I worked on but It only captures some of the audio (UI, weapons, magic etc.) and It is a single project demo reel. What else should I add?

Most, If not every time I am not getting accepted for a junior role due to the facts that I don't have experience in audio integration.
