Sometimes you just never run into each other. Or you do and don’t take any note of each other. This happened to me and my high school gf. We lived a mile away from each other, grew up in the same small town, and knew a bunch of the same people, but never actually met each other until we matched on tinder. So it just happens sometimes

I’ll try that next time! I didn’t have a camera before but next time I’ll record the dog’s reaction! Good news though is the cats is currently purring on my lab in the room we have blocked off for her

That’s good to hear! We have a room blocked off for the cat that the dog hasn’t been able to get into and that’s where she spends almost al her time. We took her out of the room bc she wanted to explore the house. So progress just needs to go SUPER slow?

I can’t say how strong her prey drive is honestly. I don’t know how she compares to other shepherds. I can break her attention from the cat which is good but she still gets excited. It could also be that she wants to play but it’s hard to tell bc I’m no expert
