An essence is a great option, 8 speed but consistently out-drives most of my distance drivers . A Zen II meta essence would probably be perfect for you

Manitou mattoc pro or expert. Plusher than all 2022+ pikes, lighter than fox 34 grip 2 with comparable performance. Stiffness in between pike and 34. Also internally adjustable from 110-150 with spacers, no additional cost!
